  • Development, troubleshooting, and optimisation of Amazon Connect Contact Flow scripts.

  • Develop & Design IVR and Call flows utilising Tasks, Cases, and customer profiles.

  • Outbound Dialer Voice scripts, Dialer integration with CRM/Backend for automated list management, Pulling lists and updates.

  • Develop & Design IVR & CallFlow services for NLU, AI & Bot implementations.

  • Develop & design services for Amazon Lex,  Lens, Comprehend and Transcribe.

  • Develop & Design IVR and Call flows utilising Tasks, Cases, and customer profiles.

  • REST API integration with the data warehouse to build custom reports.

  • Amazon Lambda, AWS IAM to create policies & roles, Amazon Pinpoint – manage journeys & segment, Amazon EventBridge – create rules, Cloudwatch – create log groups etc.

  • SMS, Email, Chat call flows ( Inbound, outbound)  & Bot Integration.

  • Amazon Connect WFM feature implementations such as Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, QM through Lens

  • Salesforce, Zendesk, & other CRM Integration, screen pop configurations.

  • REST API Integration - Expertise in programming languages like C#, Java Scripting, NodeJs, Python, .NET

  • ACD Call Routing Implementation

  • SIP Configurations and routings

  • Dial Plan configurations and optimisation.

  • Skills & Queue Configurations

  • Voice Mails, Call Back development & routings

  • WFM/WEM configuration & administration

  • Experience using CICD tools such as BitBucket, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline etc
